Mr Green Quick Facts
- Beautiful and easy to use design
- 24/7 Customer Support
- Brilliant betting app
- Great selection of betting markets
- Top notch security
- No live streaming
- Cash Out doesn’t have partial or auto options
While Mr Green is still better known for their casino, the sportsbook is slowly but surely getting the attention it deserves. Available across several different versions in many languages and demographics, including England, Canada and Finland, the sp🃏ortsbook gives off a very good first impression.
However, it does not advertise its welcome bonuses as prominently as some other UK bookmakers, which is either a sign of clear confidence or a lack of care. Based on the sheer and amount of effort that has clearly gone into the platform, we are presuming it is the former. But, there is only one way to find out – and that’s to ask Mr Green himself.

No need to include banking information yet
Even with a site as well known and as mainstream as Mr Green, people still have concern♔s about the registration process. Despite living in a world where transactions online are incredibly common, there’s something about online gambling which makes people think that they are in for a convoluted, headache-inducing process. Well, with our own real-life example, we’re here to show you that💦 is not the case, while also analysing the ease of the registration process ourselves. With that in mind, let’s break this down.
The first part o🐲f your account settings simply has you inputting an e-mail, password, where you are from and checking the terms and conditions. Simple as that.
Next up, we have the verification step. This has you enter a mobile number, to which a code will b𝔉e sent. On♈ce you’ve got your 4-digit code, you’ll be asked to add it to the site to prove your identity.
Finally, you’ll have to include some personal details, such as your date of birth, name and address. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose any betting limits, something you will also be remindജed of during the deposit process. This commitment to res💙ponsible gaming gets a big thumbs up from us.
Speaking of the deposit process, you’ll notice it is missing here. Deposits can instead be completed immediately afterward – a process we will discuss in a moment.
And that’s all there is to it. It’s really straightforward while maintaining players' safe📖ty and security, so it gets top marks from us.

Several currencies available
-
Minimum deposit of £10
-
Easy to understand verification
We mentioned during registration that you do not need to get involved in the banking process at that stage, meaning you can♛ check out the site before deciding to deposit funds. There’s no pressure from the site here, no aggressive push to deposit right after registering. There is just a small box with a plus sign you can use to add money when you feel liꦫke it.

The payment methods that are offered include debit card (do note that credit cards are no longer an available option for UK players), PayPal, , NETELLER andไ paysafecard. Mr Green does not take any fees. However, fees can be taken from the payment provider, but we can hardly criticise them for something that is beyond their control. An example they provide is that paysafecard deposits come with a 3.9% fee.
Currencies accepted incꦇlude EUR, GDP, ꦆCAD, NOK, SEK, DKK and USD.
The minimum deposit is £10, bu🐠t as far as we can tell꧅, no maximum is specified.
For non-UK players, the minimum withdrawal is 30 Euros. Once again,🌌 as far as we can tell, no maximum withdrawal is specified.
This isn’t particularly unusual, as often, maximum amounts actually depend on tಞh🍷e customer’s individual account.
Withdrawal fees depend on the curr🔯ency and how much you are taking out.
For instance, a withdrawal up to 100 of whichever currency you♎ are using has a fee of 1.00 for EUR/GDP/CAD and over that, there is a 1% fee with a maximum of 10.00. The fees are only small amounts then, and we really appreciate how easily this information is laid out.
The speed of withdrawals is 1-3 days for debit card 𒉰and direct bank transfer. E-wallets are not as clearly laid out, but will be made immediately available once the withdrawal is approved. Once again, they vary, and this is beyond the control of Mr Green.
ꦜ The only downside for some will be a lack of cryptocurrencies, but this is probably just a reflection of the operator's mainstream a♎udience; it’s a decision, we would say, rather than a flaw.
ꦗ Finally, you will need to verify your identity using a government issued photo ID, alongside proof of address from the last three months. The online gambling company actually go further than this, requiring in some instances proof of income♊. The process is called SOW, or Source of Wealth, and exists to prevent money laundering.
And that is pretty much๊ all you need to know about the banking options at Mr Green. With that said, we know that some people find this kind of process stressful, so we will be adding fun🐼ds and documenting the process to show you what exactly you can expect.
First off, you can choose which welcome bonus you would prefer by clicking on add funds at the top of your screen – look for the plus sign next to the amount of cash. You can also choose to deposit without a bonus, which allows you to use e-wallets.
Here, you can choose how much you want to deposit; as you can see from🍨 the above image, we’ve deposited £10, which allows us to utilise the £10 Acca bet bonus.
Next, we add our card details to deposit that amount. Note: you may be asked to confirm your transaction via an SMS message after ✅this screen.
Our account is now topped up. When we close the window, we will be able to see that tꦺhe deposit button at the top has £10 in it.
We can now place a bet. We went with a low odd bet on a live Bundesliga game; it was successful, meaning wꦕe could༺ then withdraw our winnings.
🤡 This is the confirmation that the withdrawal request has been received. It will update once approval is granted.
The entire process really is as easy as we've describ𒁏ed, so we hope you can see that there is nothing to find intimidating about this process.

£10 acca bonus
-
Available to UK players
-
Excellent terms and conditions
When depositing to Mr Green, you have the freedom to choose between different welcome bonuses. The sportsbook option here is the £10 Acca bet sign up offer, 💧which provides you with an incentive to get involved in multiple betting. Of course, its quality all depends on the terms and condition෴s, so let’s see if this one is really worth your while.
At a b𒁃asic level, you just need to deposit and bet £10, with minimum odds of 3/1, to receive a £10 bet to use on accumulators with three or more selections.
It’s important to note that the qualifying bet does not need to be on an accumulator, only the bonus. O🍌ther factors to bear in mind are that anything made using the bet builder tool will not count, and that the promotion expires after seven days. The bonus itself cannot be used on system bets.
These are things you can expect on all these kinds of promotions, including the fact that the winning money does not include the stake, it has a strict one promotion per person rule, and e-wallet de🐻posits are not eligible for this promotion. This is the UK welcome promotion and, therefore, is not available to users from other countries.
And that appears to be it. Really, all of this is completely standard: there’s nothing unexpected which would severely impact the quality or the value of the offer and ultimately, it represents a great way for a lot of people 🌌to try out a new way of betting without much of a downside.
We know that some people may be upset that the bonus can only be used on accumulators, and that may lower its range of appeal somewhat, but we think it’s a great way of shining a spotlight on one of our favourite ways to bet. How you feel comes down to a matter of personal preference, but there’s🐻 no doubting the value that is being offered here.
-
Price boosts available
-
Unfortunate lack of options due to coronavirus
-
Very good reputation
Unfortunately, this part of our review comes at a rather difficult time. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, and therefore a lack of sports generally, there are no sports promotions for us to review at the time of writing (06/2020) beyond some price boosts. Obviously, th✱is is very disappointing, but ultimately beyond the control of Mr Green.
We had a long talk with customer service and they explained that they hope to change this situation as soon as possible. They also added that their promotions are personalised to specific markets so as not to offer solely generic options, but sadly, that makes things very hard at this time. They often send promotions to customers via e-mail and SMS messages, and 💃have a great reputation in terms of value. We can also see from the welcome bonus that would appear to be the case.
Overall though, we cannot analyse any specifics here because of the circumstances, and of course, this is not something we will hold against the bookmakeജr.
-
Great selection of mainstream and le🦋ft field events
-
Commitment to esports
-
Great variety of creative specials
Sports
Again, we are in a rather odd situation here due to the greatly lowered amount of sportཧs ha✤ppening at the time of writing.
However, we can see that the amount of options in terms of sports and leagues – when they are available – is absolutely vast. Not only do you have left-field options like pro wrestling and trotting, but there is also a huge amount of variety within the popular sports. You can expect dozens upon dozens of var🍸ied markets on your average football game, and this not only goes for the Premier League but across the world and in lower leagues as well.
When we talk about margins, we are actually referring to the overround, which is the amount above 100% all the possible outcomes come to. This is the edge the bookmakers have on the user and how they consistently make money in a⭕n unpredictable business. Generally, below 110% i💧s considered decent.
To test this, we are going to use Borussia Dortmund vs Hertha BSC as an example. Borussia Dortmund have 7/20 odds of winning, which translates to 🧸74.1%. Their opponents, Hertha BSC, are given 13/2 odds of winning, which translates to 13.3%. Finally, a draw has odds of 4/1, which translates to 20%. Add these all together and you get 107.4%,📖 which is well within a quality range.
One thing we noticed were the lack of sports specials. Now, this could simply be down to the cuဣrrent climate, but we can’t say𒁃 for sure.
In terms of maximums you can bet, this actually comes down to a variety of factors. Some sports have higher limits than others, generally increasing with po💝pularity but not as an absolute rule, as the bookmakers attempts to balance🅷 the market. This can also be impacted by your personal account and whether there are any restrictions there. The only real way of knowing in any given market is to make your bet and see if it goes through. Considering how successful this bookmaker is, very few of us should have to worry.
Esports
If any type of sport showcases the future, it is esports, and Mr Green is fully on board with the gaming revolution. Do note that, at the time of writing, there were some issues with the Street Fighter markets that w🌃ere being addressed, but we do imagine that should be all solved when you are reading this.
Other games that are available include CS:GO, Call of Duty, Dota 2, League of Legends, Overwatch and Starcraft 2.
The amount of markets obviously depends on the game. For example, CS:GO had match odds, match handicap, total maps, correct map score, map betting – including things like total rounds, winning both pistol rounds and map – most kills, total kills, most clutches, any player getting an ace, round won by bomb explosion and more. That is a hugely impressive selection of submarkets.
Once again, we are going to be checking the quali🌸ty of the odds. There are only two outcomes here, but the same reasoning does apply when it comes to the overround. It is worth mentioning that the margin for esports is generally higher than traditional sports. With that said, our example sees Gen.G Esports with 3/10 odds and Triumph Gaming with 23/10. This translates to 76.9% and 30.3%, making a total of 107.2%, which really is excellent for an esport. The same comments we made on maximum stakes also apply here. Great stuff all around here from Mr Green.
Other Specials (politics, weather, celebrities, etc.)
And that’s not all when it comes to the variety that is on offer. On top of all this, there are also political, TV and novelty bet markets you can choose from.
Now, we can’t tell you what you can expect here, as these markets obviously depend on what is going in the world at the time. Realistically, they could be anything. To g🐓ive you some examples, though, at the time of writing, there are markets open on the US presidential elections, the weather of Midsummer Day in Finland and even the winner of Britain’s Got Talent. It’s a great way of adding an extra bit of fun to your betting buffet.
Cash-Out & Bet Builder
Mr Green offers cash-outs on a wide variety of events. There are no set criteria as the operator can use them as they wish, but we can say that they are very widely accessible in our experience. The only downside to this is that there is no auto or partial cash outs, which we would like to see in the future.
There is also a bet builder feature, meaning that the amount of markets available is actually potentially limitless. While we will go into design in more detail later, we do want to make a point here that both of these options were very intuitive and easy to use.
-
As good as the pre-match offers
-
Equally high-quality odds
-
Graphics to help you follow the action
Mr Green are also no slouch when it comes to live options. Obviously, there is a lack of options at the time of writing, but that is normally far from the case with aꦜ huge amount of markets usually ♓available. Pretty much whatever you can see on pre-match is available to bet on live. This also applies to the excellent amounts of sports and submarkets we discussed previously.
The situation with regards to the maximum stake remains the same, and indeed is even more fluid as the event goes on. In terms of margins, we expect the same level of quality, but as a test, we’ve currently got SC Freiburg vs Borussia Monchengladbach as an example. The former has odds of 17/5, the latter 7/10, and a draw has odds of 29/10. Translated, this comes to 22.7%, 25.6% and 58.8%: add those together and you get 107.1%, which is cons🍌istent to the level of quality we have come to expect.
The only downside to all of this is a lack of livestreaming. We were hoping for live streaming, considering Mr Green are such a big name; even though, to be fair, it is somethingဣ that only an elite few operators can manage. We don’t know the ins-and-outs of why this is the case – live streaming is one of the toughest things for a sportsbook to 🐼attain – but whatever the case is, there is no live streaming on sports available here.
They do, however, provide some excellent stats and graphics to help you follow the game and better inform your bets, and for that they should be commended. Still, many will be disappointe❀d by this꧂, and we hope things will change in the future.

Licenses in Malta and the United Kingdom
-
Excellent responsible gaming measures
-
Encryption of sensitive data
Mr Green’s reputation and success mean that we very much doubt that many are reading this expecting us to uncover some kind of conspiracy. While there are scam sites out there, they don’t usually manage to ♊get away with it while presenting a wide variety of adverts for a period of several years.
So, yes, the site is legitimate. They are licensed under , which is one of the most sought-after gambling licenses in the gaming world. Alongside this, the s♔ite is also licensed and regulated by the for that jurisdiction.
That is to be expected, but what might not be is their exemplary commitment to responsible gaming. You have betting limits as a prominent feature. If you do not set a limit during registration, it also reminds you during your deposits – just one example of them going above and beyond. There are also additional options for things like self-exclusion.
You also have a considerable amount of advice along with relevant links from the likes of . Remember that this is one of the most important things for you to check, even if you personally do not have any concerns about you𓄧r gambling, because it really shows you just how seriously Mr Green takes its duty of care towards its customers. It’s a vital reflectio🌌n, and in this case, it reflects very well indeed.
They also have an extensive privacy policy, which y﷽ou can check out to ensure that you are comfortable with how your data is being used. The UK in general has high standards, and this online casino operator does a great job of living up to them.
Also vital is the complaints procedure. Often, bookmakers will make this convoluted to find, because they don’t want to hear those compl𒊎aints; this is always a sign of an irresponsible bookmaker. Not so with this platform, however; you'll be able to find a clear and conওcise complaints form via the bottom of the homepage.
Finally, they also utilise encryption to ensure that all of the sensitive data you send is kept safe and away from the prying hands of internet bad🍸dies.
We expect nothing short of excellent when it comes to security, and Mr Green meets all our expectations – and then some.

24/7 coverage

Both phone line and live chat available
-
Great service
One area we were really impressed with was customer support. There are a few different options here: the first place to look is their help section. This is really well done – easy to find and easy to read. Although we would have preferred a touch more detail in a couple of areas, we would view it as overall being a success.
Of course, every betting site needs some person-to-person customer service no matter how good their help section is, and Mr Green certainly have you covered in that regard. They are available 24/7 through live chat alongside their customer service phone number, which for UK users is +4417655017. This is a local number, meaning there will be a small standard charge. There is also an e-mail address you can contact them on, which is [email protected].
We used all opt💞ions availaꦿble on several occasions to test their quality.
As you can see, it begins with a bot. This will try to direct you to the right answer via the help section, but if you don't find what you're looking for, it does let you go to an operator very quickly. They responded in a matter of moments in peak time, so we were very impressed by that. They also went above and beyond in answering our questions, especially about the situation regarding promotions. It really felt like they cared about ensuring we got a satisfying answer and that we were talking to a real person and not someone reading off a script. The same compliments can b🎶e extended to the Phone service, which we used to ask about live streaming.
🎐 We sent an e-mail to ask if there were any promotions we had missed; this is the response we got. However, this was a day later, meaning that this channel of communication may no📖t be suitable for urgent inquiries. As the e-mail suggests, that would be the function of the live chat. In actuality, the true purpose of the e-mail is to provide a record of your query; so while it does have its place in terms of usefulness, we just imagine it will be less commonly used than the other options for the vast majority of people.
Altogether, these create a genuinely great selection of customer service options. They provide the ability to get a high quality response at any time or a recorded response you can keep f🦄or long term use, as well as the option to talk to a member of their customer service team without unnecessarily high phone charges. We expected great things from a bookmaker with the reputation of Mr Green, and we think we got them.
It’s important to note tಞhat we are not alone in our experiences either, as through our research we have uncovered a great deal of positivity for the customer service team. If you know much about feedback on betting sites, you will know that is quite the complimentꦺ. Finally, the customer service team is also available in several different languages, just like the site itself.
Customer Service | Details | Duration | Availability | Quality |
---|---|---|---|---|
Live Chat | Available on most pages at bottom left hand corner | Close to instant | 24/7 | 5/5 |
Phone | Number towards bottom of homepage | Close to instant | 11:00 to 20:00 CET from Monday to Friday only | 4/5 |

-
Beautifully designed site
-
Technically brilliant
-
Available in a variety of languages
Let’s get the negative out of the way first: there were a couple of confusing instances. Notably, the help button seems to not be available on a couple of random pages. These pages don't add up to many, but is a slight wrinkle we 🍷would like to see ironed out. But overall, the design of Mr Green is an absolute triumph.
It’s friendly and distinct without being gimmicky, and while we understand that aesthetically that is down to preference, we think thiꦺs is likely to have many more fans than it has detractors. From a technical and structural standpoint, it’s utterly seamless, easy to use and smooth as butter.
Mr Green is also available, as we’ve mentioned, in several languages, including Czech, German, English, Finish, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish. We suppose people might want more general stats on the ꧙site, but the🌜 job they do during live games is absolutely fantastic in its speed and clarity.
They also have a general blog, but this is more casino than sports focused. Beyond that though, the design here is absolutely world-class: you just 🧸may have to get your🍌 news from elsewhere.
-
Available on both Android and iOS
-
Touch ID for speed login
-
Around the clock customer service
Speaking of 🐲great design, we have yet to talk about Mr Green’s brilliant mobile apps that are available on both Android and iOS. They were given the title of Online Operator of🧸 the Year, and we can’t help but think this was a big part of it.
You can enjoy all the choice you can expect from the main site, with over 70 sports to ch♛oose from and an absolutely world class live product. There is no missing content as far as we can tell, creating an absolutely smashing miniature version of the site.
-
Huge game variety selection
-
Excellent live casino options too
-
Two casino dedicated promotions available
-
Virtual sports are missing
Of course, while our focus is largely on the sportsbook, we would be remiss to not mention their tour-de-force of a casino product. This is every bit as good as you would expect, with hundreds of slots f🦹rom the finest software developers, dedicated jackpots, table games, Bingo, Keno and more. It’s all the casino you could ever need, including great promotions and even a live casino.
If you were disappointed with the lack of live s♐treaming on the sportsbook, then you will be delighted to discover that here there’s a comprehensive live experience featuring the likes of Roulette, Blackjack, 🐼Poker, Baccarat and even Game Shows. It’s absolutely world class stuff, and really is the cherry on this casino cupcake.
The only thing that seems to be missing is virtual sports. How much this bothers you is obviously a personal thing; 🧸we just think it is ironic that a site which does so well as both casino and sportsbook betting options is absent when it comes to the logical connection between the two.
To give a clearer idea of the casino bonu𝕴ses, we would also like to point out there are other promotions that are available;but, as they change quite consistently (once again ༒you’ll often find these sent to you personally), we are going to focus on the two possible welcome bonuses for now.
You can choose between the 100% deposit bon🌠us up to £50 and 50 free spins, and also a ‘Deposit up to £100, play and we’ll refund 50% of your losses’ bonus. The latter isn’t exactly winning any prizes when it comes to catchy titles, but it does explain itself rather well.
Both of these have a 35x wagering requirement, which is competitive for this kind of bonus. Remember that casino bonuses do have higher requirements across the board. Free spins also expire after 7 days and it is available on selected games only. We do have a slight issue with that last point, because the selected games are💫 not made clear. Beyond that, these both appear like very fine casino bonuses, and are a nice reflection of what you can expect from casino bonuses more generally.
There is also a no deposit 20 free spins offer for new casino customers.
While Mr Green does have a couple of minor flaws, they are indeed very small compared to the overwhelming number of things it does well. There is nothing here that we imagine will be much of a deal-breaker, with the exception of the lack of live streaming. If you can get over that, then you will likely have a great time here, with a site that is easy enough for beginners to use but 𒅌has enough depth to please the experts.
What is really impressive, though, is just hꦗow well it balance💧s all these different elements, meaning it’s perfect for those of you looking for a jack-of-all-trades option that's able to provide a little bit of everything.
